Placing an order
Once an order has been placed, the paperwork will be immediately forwarded back to the main office for processing. Here the order will be given a unique reference number so that it may be tracked at any stage through the ordering and completion process. The individual specifications for the walk-in bath will be transferred on to a database. These will include the following:-

Programming
Following the details being entered on to the database, a phone call will be made back to the customer to ensure that all records have been correctly detailed, and to ascertain a timescale when the customer would like the installation to take place. Dependent upon the customer’s requirements, a provisional week commencing date will be allocated.An installation fitter or team will be provisionally allocated for the installation, dependent upon the complexity of the work to be undertaken. All installers and teams undergo full training and follow-up visits to ensure that the quality of work and consideration for the customer remains at Premier Bathrooms’ high standards.Shortly before the installation is to take place, a further phone call will be made to the customer to confirm the actual date of delivery of the bath, the date that the fitter will arrive on site and a final confirmation of the work to be carried out.
Installation
Typically the installer will arrive on site and will discuss with the customer any particular requirements or needs that should be taken into consideration when carrying out the conversion of the bathroom.

These may include factors such as use of the toilet facilities, breathing problems and mobility issues. Once these have been ascertained, the installer will remove the existing bath from its location.
The installation of the new walk-in bath will also be discussed and confirmed with the customer prior to it being placed in situ, to ensure that they are completely happy with the use of the walk-in bath in its intended position. |

Once the walk-in bath has been installed, any cosmetic work that is required will be carried out. This will have been detailed on the initial order form to ensure that there was no confusion, and that the customer’s wishes are met.
