Dolphin customers

In the wake of the HomeForm Group collapse many have lost deposits. Premier Care in Bathing has offered to carry out the important work so the customer will not lose money – or risk their safety. Premier Care in Bathing will waive any lost deposit placed on a bathroom adaptation order from the ‘Easy Bathing’ arm of Dolphin.

Premier Care in Bathing MD Gordon Farmiloe has agreed that “we will pledge to try and help as many people as we can. In all cases that we have talked to so far, we have agreed to complete the order that was originally placed with Dolphin at no financial loss to the customer.

We have also been able to provide identical or, in some cases, better bathing facilities at no extra cost. As the leading company in this marketplace we want to ensure that wherever possible, no customer is placed in a position where they have paid a deposit for goods but do not receive them – or risk their health because they can no longer afford the safe facilities they need.

Terms and conditions:

• Acceptance is subject to a full review of the Dolphin contract and subject to a site survey.

• Premier Care in Bathing do reserve the right not to take or fulfil any order that we believe is not valid, uneconomical or of a nature that we cannot successfully complete.

• The package offered in place of a Dolphin order may be for equivalent products and services (including installation and delivery, where applicable) in the Premier range but there may be differences in relation to style, quality, materials, structure and other product characteristics.
